Michele Folen | Floor & Maintenance Lead
As Floor & Maintenance Lead, Michele helps oversee the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of Maximum Health and Fitness. She manages equipment checks, facility upkeep, maintenance coordination, and daily floor standards to ensure members have a clean, safe, and welcoming environment to train in.
Her attention to detail and consistency help keep the gym operating smoothly while maintaining the high standards Maximum is known for.
